Presenter: Jacqueline Rhoades, Infrastructure Director SEMA Construction, Inc. (SEMA) is ready to begin construction of the fourth construction package (Restoration Project) of the W. 72nd Avenue widening project ("Project"). The Project is necessary to remediate and improve the conditions of W. 72nd Avenue from Oak Street to Kipling Street until the ultimate corridor condition can be constructed. The scope of work includes installing sidewalks, curbs, gutters, drainage infrastructure, water lines, paving and pavement markings to bring the condition of the area to a good state. The Arvada team recommends that the City Council approve Resolution R26-047, A Resolution Authorizing an Agreement by and Between the City of Arvada and Sema Construction, Inc. for Construction Manager/General Contractor(CM/GC) Services, Construction Package 4, West 72nd Avenue - Kipling Street to Simms Street, in the Amount of $3,565,355.67.
