PRESENTER: Padraic Emerine, Senior Assistant City Attorney; Commander Melanie Thornton. The City of Arvada employs a Co-Responder unit through the Police Department that consists of mental health professionals to provide emergency services to residents. The co-responder unit is in need of a modernized record management system. The Arvada Police Department wants to contract with Julota, a software company that provides modern software service for mental health records. This resolution authorizes an IGA between the City of Arvada, the City of Golden, and the Arvada Fire Protection District. This IGA will accomplish two key objectives: First, by creating this IGA it allows for relevant information to be shared among regional partners to create a cohesive regional response to individuals who are contacted by multiple agencies for mental health services. Second, by entering into the IGA, the City of Arvada, the City of Golden, and the Arvada Fire Protection Agency will receive a reduced cost for the software versus each agency pursuing their own contract with Julota. The City team recommends approval of this IGA between the City of Arvada, the City of Golden, and the Arvada Fire Protection District.

The fingerprint does not cover our retrieval date (the “Data as of” stamp in the source line): re-fetching unchanged official content produces the same fingerprint, while any change to the official content changes it.

If you recompute the fingerprint from the official source and get a different value, one of us is out of date — please report it through the corrections log.
