PRESENTER: Michael Hodyno, Assistant Manager of City Facilities The applicant, Public Service Company of Colorado (Xcel Energy), is requesting that the City grant a Non-Exclusive Public Utility Easement at the Arvada Center. An easement grants Xcel Energy the legal right to install and maintain electrical infrastructure on the City's property. This easement is required to support the installation of up to four electric vehicle charging ports. The Arvada team recommends that the City Council approve R26-039, A Resolution Granting A Non-Exclusive Public Utility Easement To The Public Service Company of Colorado To Construct, Operate, Maintain, Repair, And Replace Utility Lines At The Arvada Center.
