PRESENTER: Darin DeLay, Parks & Urban Design Manager. On June 18, 2021, the City of Arvada and Jefferson County Public Library entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) concerning the construction of a trailhead at the Standley Lake Library to connect users to the Rocky Mountain Greenway, Little Dry Creek, and Heritage Canal Trails. Arvada determined that the work for the Standley Lake Library Trailhead (SLLT) was completed and constructed in accordance with the approved project plans and specifications as of June 24, 2025 (a.k.a. “Warranty Commencement date”). Total fees for the project included $97,520.00 to DHM Design Corporation for design, and $770,240.00 to Colorado Designscapes, Inc. for construction, for a total project cost of $867,760.00. The property where the SLLT is located is not owned by the City and is, instead, property of the Jefferson County Public Library (JCPL). The previously executed IGA outlined funding, access, and maintenance responsibilities concerning the SLLT. Parties desire to amend that agreement with this resolution. The Arvada team recommends that the City Council approve R26-027, A Resolution Authorizing a First Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Arvada and Jefferson County Public Library Designating Maintenance Responsibilities for the Rocky Mountain Greenway Trailhead at the Standley Lake Library.

The fingerprint does not cover our retrieval date (the “Data as of” stamp in the source line): re-fetching unchanged official content produces the same fingerprint, while any change to the official content changes it.

If you recompute the fingerprint from the official source and get a different value, one of us is out of date — please report it through the corrections log.
