"PRESENTER: Deirdre Oster On July 31, 2018, Adams County and the City executed an Open Space Grant Agreement wherein the City would receive $1,647,265.00 to assist in the completion of the Tennyson Complete and Connected Corridor. Pursuant to the terms of the IGA, the City would do this work on its own, with the grant funding representing roughly 66.7% of the expected cost of the work. Later, in 2022, the City and Adams County's Public Works Department entered into a partnership wherein Adams County would be responsible for portions of the project. To marry this new partnership with the now oversized grant, Adams County has approved the attached modification to reduce the scope of Arvada's work and reduce the overall grant amount by $624,271.45, for a new total of $1,022,993.55. The Arvada team recommends that the City Council approve R26-020, A Resolution Authorizing a Modification to the Adams County Open Space Grant Agreement #OSG2018-00015.

This record carries a fingerprint of its official content, computed by our data pipeline with the SHA-256 algorithm — a real computation over the record itself, not a badge we award ourselves. Anyone can recompute it from the official source and compare.

What it covers: the record exactly as the official source publishes it — its identifiers (bill number, session, jurisdiction), its official title and long title, its official summary, its status, its sponsors in published order, every recorded action, every recorded vote, and the link to each official text version — assembled in a fixed canonical form described on the How this data works page.
The fingerprint does not cover our retrieval date (the “Data as of” stamp in the source line): re-fetching unchanged official content produces the same fingerprint, while any change to the official content changes it.
If you recompute the fingerprint from the official source and get a different value, one of us is out of date — please report it through the corrections log.
