The property owner at 5044 Carr Street is requesting annexation into Arvada for the purpose of rectifying his failing well and connecting to City water. Contiguity requirements are being met through a serial annexation. Martinez Annexation No. 1, requested annexation of a 0.060 acre portion of Carr Street. This request for Martinez Annexation No.2 will use that contiguity to annex the remainder of the adjacent streets and the property at 5044 Carr Street. This application is being processed as DA2024-0068.
