PRESENTER: Kim Vagher Arvada owns the building and property located at 11200 Ralston Road. The building is a historic structure known as the Allen House. Upon city council approval, the leasing term shall start February 1, 2026, ending on January 31, 2027, with an automatic renewal of four additional one-year periods. Rent will be in the amount of $10.00 per year, in a similar structure to the lease agreement between the City and the Arvada Historical Society for the Mcllvoy House in Olde Town Arvada. The Arvada team recommends that the City Council approve R26-003, A Resolution authorizing a Lease Agreement By and Between the City of Arvada and the Arvada Historical Society for the Property located at 11200 Ralston Road, Arvada, CO 80004, also known as the Allen House.
