The applicant requests to rezone Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 1, of Candelas 93-72 South Filing No. 1 from Planned Unit Development (PUD-BP) to Commercial, General (CG). The site is located at 9275, 9284, 9295, Matterhorn Lane, 20924 W 92nd Lane, and 20009 Highway 72. The applicant proposes a convenience store and fuel station on Lot 1. Lots 2, 3, and 4 will not be developed at this time. A rezoning to Commercial, General (CG) for all Lots, a Concept Plan, and a Major Modification to allow ten fuel islands (pumps) in lieu of the five otherwise allowed for the Lot 1 development are being requested.
